Modelling of complex PCBAs

Building finite element models of PCBAs can be a challanging task.
With our machine learning based homogenization method for PCBs and with sub-structuring of solder joints we can model also complex PCBA designs efficiently.
The picture shows a finite element model of the IPC2581 test case 2 (a graphics card) consisting of approximately 14000 solder-joint sub-structures calculated from detailed solder-joint models.
