Conjugate heat transfer analysis

We are currently working on a conjugate heat transfer analysis process for printed circuit board assemblies. The first step was to combine our machine learning based homogenized material model of the PCB with a CFD code.
In the animation you can see the temperature distribution caused by three volumetric heat sources in the PCB and the normalized velocity vector field in the fluid colored by the fluid temperature.
